Hexagon Treat Box Template

A six-sided box with a little more geometry than the usual square. The walls fold up from the base and a matching lid lifts off — great for soaps, jewelry, spices, or a small bundle of sweets. Group several together for a honeycomb gift display.

How to assemble

  1. Cut — Cut the base and the lid — each is a hexagon floor with six wall flaps and glue tabs.
  2. Score — Score the six base fold lines and the six tab folds.
  3. Fold — Fold all six walls up to form the hexagon, folding the glue tabs inward.
  4. Glue — Glue each tab behind the neighboring wall. Repeat for the lid and lift it on.

Cardstock tip: Use 65–110 lb (176–300 gsm) cardstock. 65 lb folds easily for small boxes; 80–110 lb gives larger boxes and lids more structure. Always score before folding.
